Return Policy
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Product must be unused
- Must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale items (optional rule)
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to original payment method
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect item received
5. Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping (or you can offer free returns — your choice)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
6. Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
