Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Email support@khaiabeauty.com with your order number, and we’ll refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
All sales are final
To keep every product safe and hygienic, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on cosmetic and skincare products, whether opened or unopened.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn’t what you ordered, email support@khaiabeauty.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. If we need the item back, we’ll cover the return shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Shipping fees are refunded only when the issue was our error.
